Rachel was super helpful and the gentleman who gave us our bikes did a thorough gear check and clearly explained how to use their bikes and how to properly park them. The rates were better than 3 other bike shops we went to and unlike other shops they did not require a large cash deposit or the need to hold your id. This was the best experience possible and everything I had hoped for. Thanks to BRR I got to experience riding a nice bike in Amsterdam with my wife. Oh and it was a super fast process. If you are looking to rent bikes, this is the place to go.

Very pleasant gentleman, everything worked as it should. We recommend using a bicycle in Amsterdam – the city is made for it. On the first day, we walked, and that was a mistake. You can park your bike almost anywhere. Even if you’re staying outside the city, you can leave it at any station and continue the next day. Very useful.
